AFL SPoNSORSHIP 2024 Season

BWS needed to mark their territory after Year 1 of investment saw key metrics flag or falling. We had to show up as the footy-credentialled, deeply relevant part of couch culture that BWS should be in the minds of AFL fans.

We developed the “Bring it Home” platform, reversed the previous year’s backslide, and kept it all ‘Refreshingly BWS’, as Official Couchmates of the Footy.

Swans lost the grand final by 60 points. Bugger.

“Bring it Home” let us harness all the positive associations inherent in watching footy live at the ground, or at the pub, without feeling anti-social or anti-footy. Seeya in September? Fingers crossed. ‘Til then, we’re celebrating all the home perks.

Our takeover of the AFL Stats section bedded down our positioning as the unboring bottle shop.
